On Arrival:
Check-in time is 3 pm, check out time is 11:00 am.
Pets:
Pets are allowed but must be cleaned up after and leashed.
Bedding:
Bedding is NOT supplied, nor are towels or pillows.
Smoking:
NO smoking in the cottage.
Garbage:
Never leave garbage outside the cottage. There are recycling containers located in the wooden bin located at the side of the garage, please separate the recyclables from the garbage. The owner will take your garbage to the waste disposal site.
Outdoor Fires:
Campfires are allowed and firewood is provided. At times throughout the summer there may be a fire ban. During a fire ban having a campfire during this time is not only unsafe due to the dry weather but also illegal. A campfire is only permitted in the designated fire area.
Bathroom/Septic System:
The basic rule is not to put anything down the toilet other than natural waste and toilet paper.
These are guaranteed to back up the septic system and believe me, you do not want that to happen.
Cleaning:
Thank-you for your thoughtfulness and consideration in leaving the cottage thoroughly clean and tidy.
Breakage at the Cottage:
We understand that things happen. If something breaks DON'T PANIC, but please let us know. Leave a note on the counter before you leave.
