The Renter agrees to pay: a) Reservation Non Refundable Deposit: 50% of total - please forward a cheque for this amount when making your reservation, made payable to Robin Carmount (address located at top of form) b) Security Deposit: $250.00 refundable DUE WITH DEPOSIT. This deposit will be cashed prior to the cottage rental and refunded in full after your stay. c) Final Payment -posted dated cheque 15 June. 2. Booking Confirmations: Once your reservation deposit (A) has been received, we will notify you that the payment has been received and your reservation has been secured for you and is not available to others. 3. Security Deposit: This is a fully refundable deposit and is used to cover the costs of any damages/losses to the property/appliances. Should the Landlord find any damages upon inspection, the costs to repair the damages will be charged against the security deposit? If not needed, the deposit will be returned. 4. Cleaning: The Renter must leave the cottage in the same state of cleanliness and general condition that it was found in. The owner will attempt to drop in mid-week to pick up any garbage and take it to the waste disposal site. During your stay keep any garbage in the garbage bin. 5. Pets: Your dog must be kept on a leash when outside. 6. Smoking: Smoking in the cottage is not allowed 7. Access: The Landlord or agent may enter the cottage at any reasonable time. 8. Indemnification: The Renter holds the Property Owners and agents free of all liabilities and rents the cottage at their own risk. The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the property owners against any liability for personal injury or personal property damage sustained by any person (including the Renters guests). 9. Campfires: Not only are they allowed but encouraged. Campfires are not allowed during a restricted fire zone. 10. Linens and towels are not provided.
